What IS FREE Energy | Conserving Energy | Restoring Batteries
I love getting into a discussion about what is FREE energy. So many people get all upset and frustrated when talking about the subject. And most of those people quote the "laws" of energy incorrectly.
So what is free energy? How can you conserve the energy you already paid for? And how can you restore lead acid batteries for a much longer life. These are the topics I cover in this article and the video (link at the bottom).
Almost everyone who I talk to about free energy has the same arguments.
1. You cannot get more energy out of a system than you put into it. This one makes me laugh and I will explain in a minute.
2. There is no such thing as free energy because you always have to pay for the means to harvest it. Well, this is true actually.
3. You cannot create energy out of thin air! This is also true. But it is also something I will never attempt. You cannot create energy out of thin air but you can harness energy that is already there and convert it into something useful. I will explain this in detail as well.
Also in this article I will introduce a device I am preparing for sale which will desulfate lead acid batteries and extend their life - well - possibly for your life time.

What is Free Energy
For me, very simply put - and this may surprise you - Free Energy is any energy I do not have to pay for once I have paid for the means to harvest it. This goes for solar, wind, or other alternate energy sources.
There is no such thing as truly free energy. We have to pay for the equipment to harness it. We have to pay for solar panels to harvest solar power. We have to pay for wind turbines to harness wind power. We need batteries and electronics for both. We can harness ion energy from the air, radio waves and even zero point energy.
But once you have paid for the means to harvest any type of energy, after that it is all free.
Well that takes the argument out of 90% of the opponent's mouths. Yes you have to pay for the means to harness any type of energy. Its not totally free. But once you have paid for it, its all free after that.
I can even go as far as to say that once you have paid for your off grid home solar power system (more info in a bit), its all free energy. You cannot say it costs you every month until you have paid for the system because the energy is free. If you compare it to the power grid, you pay every single month for your entire life for that energy. Even AFTER you have paid to get it to your house.
For home on grid systems you have to pay engineers and architects to design your home. You have to pay for permits to build it and for the electrical system. You have to pay electricians to install the electrical wires, boxes, breakers, outlets, switches and all. Then you have to pay for more inspections. And then you have to pay the electric power company to put in poles and wires and a meter to get it all connected to your home. And then - get this - you continue to pay for the electicity for the rest of your life.
But.. but.. some say - you have to continue to pay off your home solar panels and batteries until they are paid in full. Yes and you have to continue to pay for the home build and all the fees and costs of installing grid power to your home. So lets forget that part.
Now, I will get to the alternate energy forms and batteries soon. But first here is another agrument I often hear...
But You Cannot Get More Out Of A System Than You Put In
This one makes me laugh. A lot. I often hear people say that you cannot get more energy out of a system than you put into it yourself. Yet I don't make the sun shine or the wind blow and I get energy from them both. I do not have to exert energy or pay for anything once those panels and batteries are set up.
I get all the free energy I want day and night by putting up solar panels and wind turbines. After the initial investment, it costs me nothing. And I do not have to do a thing to make that energy flow into my system. Its free.
You can harness ion energy from the air as it moves through your property. You can put a wire up in the air and it will collect free energy all on its own. Ask any HAM radio operator what happens if they do not get rid of the high voltage on their radio antenna wires. It is a problem they have to deal with. And they sure are not paying to get that energy. Nor are they doing anything to make it happen. Yet its there.

Soon I will be building a circuit to harness air energy. I am not sure if it is ions, radio waves or zero point energy. It could be a mixture. But it works. That is all I care about. Someone said in a comment on my video something about stealing from the radio stations. That radio energy is there and already paid for no matter if one radio or one million radios are tuned in. Its already paid for by the radio station. After that, anything you harness to listen to it, or power your home, is free to you.
Battery Swapping And Conserving Energy You Paid For
Recently I have been experimenting with swapping batteries around in a circuit to conserve the energy I already paid for. I have covered this in detail in another article here: Double And Triple Solar Power For Free With This Simple Method.
I wont go into much detail on battery swapping since I have already done so in detail in that article. But I am going to touch on some up-coming articles and videos. I am currently moving on to 12 Volt lead acid batteries with my experiments. I am designing switch boards for sale so people can extend their own battery run time with this method.
I will be showing people how to conserve the energy from their home solar power systems very soon. So keep checking back.
And then I will release my own battery switching circuits for home solar power and off grid users.
The point here is that you can conserve the energy that you already paid for in various ways.
How This Applies To Off Grid Home Solar Power
Fist of all - many (not all) commercial home solar power systems are a scam. The only ones making anything on those systems are the companies that install them. The customer ends up paying for energy the rest of their lives anyway.
They install a $20k - $30,000 system on your home and tell you it will take 30 years to pay it off. Then you can see energy savings. But then they tell you that in 20 - 30 years you have to buy all new solar panels because yours are end of life. So you pay for energy the rest of your life anyway. You may as well stay on the grid.
But there is one thing. Solar panels are still producing about 80% of their capacity at their "end of life". This means that you can continue to use them well past their rated life span, just at a little bit reduced capacity. I can live with that myself.
For off grid home solar power systems you can greatly increase the usable energy in your systems by following the methods shown in the previous article I listed above.
By swapping batteries around you can power a load while using the very same electrons you already paid for to charge up a second set of batteries at the same time. It just works. Its simple.
Again there is much more info on the way so watch for it. But for now just know that you can conserve the energy you have already paid for and actually double (or more) the energy you get out of your existing off grid solar power system.
Soon I will be marketing the circuits and systems for you to do this yourself on your own off grid solar power system. For those who are capable and understand electronics, I have given you what you need to do it yourself already.

Restoring Lead Acid Batteries For Very Long Life
In my video I show an interesting device that is restoring lead acid batteries for me. Over time a lead acid battery loses its usable capacity. Eventually it cannot take a charge anymore and you have to replace the batteries. Or do you?
This device on my table is doing two very interesting things. First it is desulfating a very dead lead acid battery. This battery was at 1.8 Volts when I got it. It could not be charged by normal battery chargers at all anymore. Most chargers will not even recognize that a battery was even connected because its voltage is so low.
This device sends pulses of energy at 100 to 200 Volts or more into the battery. This breaks up the sulfation on the plates and restores the battery to like new condition (barring physical damage of the battery). In itself this is pretty awesome and cool.
But this device is also conserving energy at the same time. It does take energy to power the wheel and produce the high voltage spikes. But at the same time, it recycles most of the energy and sends it to the charging battery. When you connect a battery to a coil, there is a magnetic field built up around the coil. When you disconnect the battery, something interesting happens. A high voltage spike is produced.
This is very well known and causes problems in circuits. Generally we ground this out so it cannot destroy the circuits. In every circuit that has a relay you will find a tiny diode. This device routes that high voltage spike somewhere so it does not burn up the circuits. But we can use that for something useful.
In my spinning wheel device (Bedini Motor) on the work bench I redirect that energy into the battery to be restored. Basically I am conserving energy I already paid for since I had to charge up the battery that powers the device in the first place. Essentially this is free energy coming out of the machine. Its free because I paid for it. Instead of throwing it away like most circuits do, I simply recycle it and put it to good use.
This device also has the means to harness energy from the environment but that is complex and out of the scope of this article. For now it is enough to mention that this can be modified to provide even more energy out that I put into it.
In the video I also show a smaller version which is very nice looking. I cannot make one this nice myself for the price I pay for it. But this particular device does nothing special. It does not even have any outputs. It is just a motor out of the box. It is a wasteful motor at that and uses too much energy. Their instructions tell you not to even run it for long because you can burn up the parts. How funny is that?
I am going to modify these for sale. I will turn them into off grid battery restoration devices and sell them. And, for those who are interested, you can gain (tweak it for) more energy out of it than you put into it. Please let me know your thoughts in the comments on the video or on the forum.
