Found this guys youtube channel thought id share it -hes got some neat ideas imho
Im experimenting w/ brick rocket stoves for cooking as i cant always afford propane and am limited on the electricity i can use but i live on a 300 acre farm in a house boat and wood is free and plentiful

Rocket stoves work well if designed properly but if not they require a lot of work to keep them hot. I am loving my SilverFire Survivor rocket stove.

i made a decent brick 1 i basicly use to boil water for cleaning dishes on atm(few times hot water to sponge bathe my self when i cant hit a friends shower) but expect in summer ill use it more for cookin to keep heat outside -saw your wok cooking video,really fast and efecent but i cant afford the $$ for it.

Yeah the stove with a wok are an amazing combination. I may try to build a nice rocket mass stove next year if I am able to buy the property. Then I can build more permanently.
