Beehive woodpile for drying lots of wood

You have a lot of fresh cut wood to dry and I thought you might try this. You could put it anywhere on your property and it would still look tidy. Also, you would not have to dig it out of the snow to find it.

I have seen these ideas. This might sound funny but I cant bear to put wood directly on the ground. I use pallets. Actually my plan is to line up pallets and use saplings on the ends to hold the wood up.
