Natural chopping boards

Morning Troy, me again!
Was watching your deer video where you mentioned that you didn't find any wooden chopping boards to do the processing and ended up with the plastic sheet.
You have the best natural chopping board on your doorstep - trees
How about looking through your wood pile to find a chunky stump and then use the chainsaw to cut it on an angle to get a larger surface area. Not sure how you clean, dry and preserve it afterwards though!
As an aside, if you can do it easily there is another money maker for you - sell natural chopping boards cut from the meadow!
