Simple trick to peel hard boiled eggs.
Tap egg on table, place palm of hand on top of egg and with a little pressure, roll egg back wards and forwards under your hand. This crunches the shell and helps the membrane detach from the egg.
Easy, and you will feel when to pick up and peel it, should then take 5 seconds. Sure some subscribers will know this. Try it and let me know if it works for you. J
