Any ideas on how to get around minimum house square footage bylaw and putting a tiny home on my forest property?

Not yet. I am still trying to figure out a way to live in a smaller home. They specifically say no trailer, no RV and no mobile home here. I think its for tax reasons so they can raise the property taxes.
