I think the load will not be evenly distributed.
Parallel connections would be like the same voltage. But if talk about the power, it depends on the amount of resistance that the component has.

If I can find the thing again, I will have to test it on our new solar system.
As it stands right now , I am going to try our XL Power pressure cooker..
I will be posting that to youtube.
Be nice if 500 watts will do the trick .. but...you can only charge batter banks so fast ...unless you want to really fry them lol..
Any who..on that new post...that is where I will be at.

You can start a new post for testing the cook stove if you want. I am looking forward to seeing your results. I am a bit jealous in a way because you have more time to experiment. I hope to get settled one day and get into more experimenting.
