Have you checked your solar cell blocking diodes?

If it did NOT, then check your solar cell blocking diodes. Wait till it is pitch black outside and check for voltage on where solar cells connect to charge controller wires going to the solar cells. If there is voltage then you have your problem.

I checked everything and it was the golf cart batteries failing me. They were new but not in good condition off the shelf. They were already a couple months old and uncharged when I got them. I will take them back.

The old forklift batteries were doing a lot better after I connected them.

I just hooked up the new powerful 750 AH forklift battery and it is doing very well.
