You sure are putting together an awesome system. I have read more of your details, and problems, on other threads.

Major upgrade coming soon
We will be upgrading to 4 of the sun extenders.

Oh and we hit a -12 ( yes that is a negative ) kwhrs.
As you can see, we are nearly off the grid save for the hot water tank.
I'd say we manage to put a powerful dent in our grid usage.
Once we get the new batteryear bank installed.we will literally be 99 percent of grid full term.
Sorry hot water tank I have no control over .

Our power company offers this tool so one can tweak their power consumption.
Cowlitz PUD also offers a Pay as you go for power...
Not sure if other PUDS or power companies offer that.

Hey, any updates?

I have not heard from you in a while. Hope things are well.

We are fully off the grid now with our tiny house.

Update:
I have upgraded to a pure sine wave inverter, I now can operate dishwasher and clothes washer.
Next I need to replace my old batteries with new ones.
I will stay with Harbor freight for now.

On on the side note we now have a "Mr Big Buddy " Propane heater.

On high it will run us out of the apartment at 14 degrees F.
testing though wasn't cheap.

Oh I also forgot to mention, we also now have a thankless propane water heater.

You have come a very long way on our journey to become off the grid. I wish I had half the time you have to spend on experiments. You have done some very good experiments too. Awesome!!!
