just an FYI if you want to and take the time to learn it (would be good for after hours when you have power for your pc plus internet connection) there is a *HUGE* amount of info out there on making your own charging systems with an arduino clone (arduino pro mini clone can be had for $3 and under shipped on ebay each, I got 10 for $24 myself) and a few support components. I was in the process of building on several projects that were arduino based when I had to stop for now due to my housing situation.
