I put together the simplified one that you showed in a video. I did I a couple basic tests. Thought I would post it if you were interested in seeing what the output does under load. Looks like it might be a cool cheap way to desulfate batteries but I'm not seeing any extra energy entering the system...

When I ran the car with the capacitors alone I had times that overnight the car would struggle to start in the morning. I'm now using a 4.5 amp hour battery to keep them from discharging.
