We have added 3 new items sense I last been to this site.
we have added a ryobi Propane Power Generator
A 3,000 watt Pure Sine Inverter
A thankless water heater
A Mr Buddy Propane Heater
Do I have enough to take us off grid?
Will be replacing the batteries in our battery bank soon.
We also are now using
Power pressure cooker XL for some meal preps
Replaced a larger fridge with a smaller unit
added a deep a small deep freezer
We also have an induction cook top
The thankless water heater is used for showers, Laundry, and dishwasher
I am not sure what is left to do to go off grid other than replacing our battery bank.
and budgeting for propane fuel.
Once batteries are replaced, we will be able to kill the breakers permanently.
Last night were shut off the breakers to every thing.
Mr Buddy kept us nice and warm.

Re: UPDATE
Wow, you are really doing it. Bit by bit through the years you have really been taking your home off the grid. This is exactly the way to do it. As you can afford, keep building up. Nice looking generator by the way.
